How accurate is RITA at data recognition?
RITA was trained on thousands of real payroll documents and emails. In unclear cases, RITA marks the suggestion for manual review rather than guessing. Accuracy takes priority over automation rate.
Does RITA understand German payroll terminology?
Yes. RITA was built specifically for German payroll. She knows SV contribution groups, tax classes, and regulatory terminology.
What happens to documents RITA cannot parse?
RITA marks the document as "needs review" and presents it for manual handling. Nothing is ever silently discarded.
Can I use RITA without switching systems?
Yes. RITA is an add-on, not a replacement for your payroll system. You keep DATEV, Agenda, or SBS — RITA just structures the data beforehand.
How long does setup take?
